환불 및 취소 규정 (Refund & Cancellation Policy)
1. 주문 취소 (Cancellation)

고객은 결제 완료 후 제작이 시작되기 전까지 주문 취소를 요청할 수 있습니다.
제작이 시작된 이후에는 주문제작 상품의 특성상 취소 및 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
